I have got a XPS 420, and its amazing
had it for quite a while now and haven't had any problems. Mine came with monitor, keyboard, mouse but you get to choose all that when you order...so if you've got a descent set then you might as well keep them.
Before I got this I was a bit dubious about Dell, but it has been brilliant, thoroughly recommend it. Also im guessing the 430 will be better than my 420
